By using Simtee, you agree to these terms.
Service
Simtee provides a stakeholder mapping tool. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The service is offered "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens secret, for the activity on your account, and for the data you enter. If you use Simtee for an organization or invite others into a workspace, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you have a lawful basis or permission for the stakeholder data you enter.
Workspace ownership
Workspace owners control the workspace content and member list. Members can be invited, and pending invites can be revoked. Accepted members can leave while at least one other member remains; Simtee does not currently support removing an accepted member from a workspace. A sole member can delete the workspace and its content.
Your content
You keep ownership of workspace content you enter. You allow Simtee to store, process, display, export, and submit that content to AI features you choose to run, only as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not enter content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. Do not enter special-category personal data (see the Privacy page). Do not probe, scrape, overload, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.
Public viewer links
Workspace members may create read-only viewer links. Anyone with the URL can view the shared workspace until the link is revoked, so the person creating the link is responsible for reviewing what it exposes before sharing.
AI features
AI suggestions are not decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before relying on it. Don't rely on AI output for advice that requires professional or legal judgment.
Data processing
Our handling of personal data is described on the Privacy page. For business customers, a data processing addendum (DPA) is available on request.
Plans and payment
Plan limits, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation steps will be shown before purchase. Paid access can be cancelled for future renewal through the stated process for the plan.
A workspace normally follows its owner's account plan, including when collaborators are on different plans. Plan changes do not delete workspace content. After a downgrade, existing workspaces, actors, members, and pending invites remain available, but new activity may be limited until usage is within the new allowance. Public viewer links may become inactive and paid exports or AI actions may become unavailable under the new plan. The current details are shown on the Plans page before a plan change takes effect.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that materially harm the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here or notified in the service, and the updated date will show when the terms changed.
