Simtee is the Stakeholder Intelligence and Mapping Tool.
It is a practical stakeholder-mapping workspace for policy, advocacy, and public affairs teams.
What it does
Simtee helps teams make sense of the people and organizations around a goal. It brings stakeholder information, scores, relationships, and analysis into one place, so a map is easier to build, update, and share.
AI tools are optional. They can suggest actors and add useful context, but nothing is added to your map until you review it.
A simple workflow
Most work in Simtee follows the same basic flow:
- Dashboard — Create a workspace for one clear objective or campaign.
- Setup — Set the scope, choose what you want to track, and invite collaborators.
- Table — Build the working map. Add actors and relationships, record what you know, and update scores as your understanding changes.
- Matrix — Compare actors at a glance and see who may need the most attention.
- Network — Look at how actors connect and where influence may travel.
- AI Actions — Use optional AI tools to research actors and relationships or generate an insight brief. You choose what to keep.
All three views use the same workspace data, so you can move between them without maintaining separate versions of the map.
What the scores mean
Scores are a shared shorthand, not a verdict. They describe an actor in relation to your objective and can change as the picture becomes clearer.
- Influence (0–5)
- How much the actor can affect the outcome, from none (0) to decisive (5).
- Salience (0–5)
- How much the issue matters to the actor, from irrelevant (0) to essential (5).
- Alignment (−2 to +2)
- Where the actor stands in relation to your objective, from strongly opposed (−2) to strongly supportive (+2).
- Access (0–5)
- How directly your team can reach or engage the actor, from no access (0) to direct (5).
Common questions
- How many workspaces can I have?
- Each workspace is meant for one objective or campaign. The number you can own depends on your plan; see Plans for the current limits.
- How does AI help?
- It can suggest actors, add context to actors and relationships, and draft insight briefs. You choose when to use it and review every suggestion before it becomes part of the map.
- What can I export?
- You can export or copy the Table, save the Network as an image, and export an Insight Brief as a PDF. Some exports depend on your plan.
- Who can see my workspace?
- Workspace members can see its content. If you create a read-only viewer link, anyone with that link can view the workspace until you revoke it.
Privacy and security
Workspaces are limited to the members you invite, apart from any read-only viewer link you choose to create. Changes are recorded in the activity log, and AI suggestions stay pending until someone approves them.
